Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. You get 3 social accounts, 15 scheduled posts, 50 AI credits a month, the Social Designer with 300+ templates, GoBrandIt Copilot, the engagement inbox, Idea Board, Canva integration, campaigns and the mobile app.
Can I try a paid plan first?
Yes. Creator, Business and Agency all start with a free 14-day trial. Paid plans also come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, so if GoBrandIt isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
How does billing work in Nepal?
Customers in Nepal pay in NPR and plans are billed yearly: Creator Rs. 2,500, Business Rs. 7,000 and Agency Rs. 15,000 a year. You can pay with eSewa or bank transfer. Everywhere else, plans are billed in USD monthly or yearly, and yearly billing saves up to 23%.
What does BYOK mean on the Agency plan?
BYOK means bring your own key. Connect your own AI provider key and GoBrandIt's AI tools run on it, so you aren't limited by GoBrandIt AI credits. Usage is billed by your AI provider.
What counts as a social account?
Each connected profile, page or channel counts as one account. For example, a Facebook Page and an Instagram profile count as two. Need more accounts or workspaces? Talk to us and we'll help you find the right setup.
How do AI credits work?
One AI credit is 1,000 tokens of AI work, so a short caption costs less than a credit and an AI image costs more. Your plan's credits refill on the 1st of every month: 50 on Free, 300 on Creator and 1,000 on Business. Unused plan credits don't roll over. Need more? Buy a credit pack on the AI credits page. Bought credits never expire, and your plan credits are always used first.
What happens when my AI credits run out?
Only the AI tools pause, until your credits refill on the 1st or a workspace admin buys a pack. Scheduling, the calendar, the inbox, the designer and everything else keep working as normal.
