What you can do
Everything a Page needs, from one place.
Posts, Reels and Stories
Pick the format per Page in Facebook options. Posts take text, a link, up to 10 photos, a video or a GIF.
Several Pages, one post
Tick every Page that should get it and tweak the copy for each before it goes out.
A first comment, scheduled
Add the link, hashtags or a menu as the first comment so the caption stays clean.
Comments in one inbox
New comments land in the GoBrandIt inbox in real time, right next to your Instagram comments.
Insights that make sense
Page views, follows, post engagement, reactions by type and video views, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
Warnings before it breaks
If Facebook signs you out or a Page stops being shared, we tell you why and how to fix it before a post fails.
How to connect
Connect a Facebook Page in under a minute.
You log in with Facebook, choose which Pages GoBrandIt can post to, and you're done. Your password never touches GoBrandIt.
Before you start, you'll need
A Facebook account with full control of the Page (Page settings → Page access)
Admin access to your GoBrandIt workspace
A free slot on your plan (Free covers 3 accounts)
1
Open Social Accounts
In GoBrandIt, go to Social Accounts and click the "Add account" tile.
2
Choose "Facebook Page"
You're sent to Facebook to log in. Keep every Page you want to use ticked in Facebook's dialog, then continue.
3
Pick your Pages
Back in GoBrandIt, the "Choose entity" screen lists your Pages. Tick the ones to connect and click "Finish Connection".
4
Write your first post
Open the composer, select the Page, choose Post, Reel or Story in Facebook options, and schedule it.
In the composer
What you choose when you post to Facebook.
These options sit under "Facebook page options" in the composer, separately for each Page you've selected.
Post type
Decide whether this goes out as a regular post, a Reel or a Story.

Media
Posts take text only, a link with its preview, up to 10 photos, one video or one GIF. Reels need exactly one video. Stories take one photo or one video.

Good to know
A few Facebook rules worth knowing.
Meta asks again every 90 days
Facebook makes apps re-confirm access to your Pages. We email you 14 days before it lapses.
Password changes sign you out
Changing your Facebook password or your Page role disconnects the Page. Reconnect from Social Accounts and your posts stay put.
Stories skip the caption
Facebook Stories don't support text from the API, so put anything important on the image or video itself.
Facebook integration FAQs.

Other integrations
Can I schedule Facebook Reels and Stories?
Yes. Choose Reel or Story under Facebook page options. Reels need one video; Stories take one photo or one video.
Can I post to more than one Facebook Page at once?
Yes. Select every Page in the composer and adjust the text for each before scheduling.
Do I need to be a Page admin?
You need full control of the Page in Page access. If you only have partial access, ask a Page admin to upgrade it, then reconnect.
Why did my Facebook Page disconnect?
Usually a password change, a changed Page role or Meta's 90-day re-confirmation. GoBrandIt shows the exact reason on the Social Accounts page with a Reconnect button.
Can I post to personal Facebook profiles?
No. Facebook only allows apps like GoBrandIt to publish to Pages, not personal profiles.
