On paid X API tiers, GoBrandIt checks your mentions every 15 minutes and drops them into the inbox.

How to connect
Set up your X app once, then connect.
GoBrandIt posts to X through your own X developer app. So before anyone adds an X account, a workspace admin connects that app under "Services". It's a one-time job, and our X setup guide walks through every step, including the callback URL to paste.

Create your X developer app
In X's developer portal, create an app and give it "Read and Write" permission. Follow the X setup guide if it's your first time.

Add it under "Services"
In your workspace sidebar, open "Services", enter the app's API Key and API Secret, and pick your tier. Until you do, Social Accounts shows "You have not configured X service." with a "Configure services" button.

Choose "X" in Add account
Go to Social Accounts, click "Add account", choose "X" and approve GoBrandIt on X's authorize screen.

Schedule your first thread
Open the composer, select your X account, write the first post and use "Add Post" for the rest.

Analytics depend on your API tier
On X's Free API tier, your posts aren't imported and mentions aren't available. Paid tiers fill in the numbers and the inbox.
Credits can run out
If your X API credits run out, X's own error shows on the post as-is. Top up, then retry: GoBrandIt only resends to the accounts that failed.
Read and Write, not Read
Your X app needs "Read and Write" permission to post. Set it before you connect your account.

Why do I need my own X developer app?
X charges for API access, and GoBrandIt posts through an app your workspace owns. That keeps you in charge of your X API plan and what it costs. Our X setup guide shows how to create one.
Can I schedule X threads?
Yes. Write the first post, then click "Add Post" for each reply. There's no limit on the number of replies.
Does GoBrandIt show X analytics?
